The Metropolitan Action Commission is reminding the community of its agency closure that begins Monday, August 1 through Friday, August 5 for agency-wide training.

During the closure customers will continue to have to access information about our services as well as pick up or drop off assistance applications and documents in our secured lock box at our main office (800 2nd Avenue North). Documents from this box will be retrieved daily. Customers experiencing urgent issues will also be able to email [email protected] or call our main office at 615-862-8860 to leave a message that will be monitored throughout the day.

Metro Action team members will also be on-site at various upcoming weekend community events and at many MDHA properties throughout the remainder of this week:

Customers may also contact the 211 Helpline, a 24/7, 365-day information referral helpline that provides individuals in need with help in times of crisis and beyond. The 211 Help line can be reached by dialing 2-1-1 or by texting their zip code to 898-211 for resources in the area.

The Mayor’s Office and hubNashville will continue to have their usual communications flow to key members of our team during this time for urgent matters.

Metro Action will reopen at its main location and seven Head Start/Early Head Start Centers on Monday, August 8. For more information on all of Metro Action’s programs visit nashville.gov/mac.

This form should ONLY be used to provide feedback about the website. If you need customer service from any Metro department, please submit a hubNashville request.
